Can WS-X4418-GB be used for L3 channels?

Each c4k has a WS-X4418-GB. CCO saids that this blade is suppose to be used for server farms but can I used it as a L3 channel btwn the 2 c4k?

Yes, you can very well use the interfaces of this module for configuring Layer 3 etherchannels.

Ports 1 and 2 are full wire speed while the other 16 are spread across 4 ASICs giving you 4 to 1 over subscription. Hence the Server Farm status.

Just a caveat to help with your decisions.
