Can you Etherchannel 2 6509s?

We are setting up a new network, and currently it has 4 6509s in two separate location, SiteA-BoxA, SiteA-BoxB, SiteB-BoxA, and SiteB-BoxB. There are fiber connections between the Box A's and between the Box B's. Is there a way to set up Etherchannel(or something similar) to make the boxes look like a single connection between sites. I am looking for something similar to using two 3750s with the stackwise technology.

Site A

Box A ------- Box B

Box A ------- Box B

Site B

I want Cxns 1 & 2 to be grouped together to look like a single L2/L3 connection.

Hopefully I am clear enough with this.

You can't bundle 2 links when they are sourcing from 2 different hardware
