If you can ping, but not browse, that sounds like a dns issue. Do you have dns settings on your workstation, and can you ping that dns server?

Hi mohammad,
There could be many reasons Please check below
> Do you able to resolve IP website name when you ping from switch..like if you ping google.com due you see it resolved to ip address
If no: Problem could be with DNS server. Please verify what DNS server configured...you can try global one 4.2.2.2
check for below commands:
ip domain-lookup
ip name-server
If Yes: Try to ping website for below value
Like: ping -f -l 1472
If it is not working you can lower the value to 1452 or below and adjust mss accordingly
Hope this is helpful
Regards
Mahesh

Hi,
If you are able to ping the internet that means you can ping any public dns server just check any firewall devices is placed between your lan and inetrnet which should allow DNS query to internet also.
Hope to Help !!
