Cannot connect to port 25 on tunneled if?

Hi,

I am trying to send email over a tunneled interface, and I believe my config is preventing me from connecting.

I am telneting from 192.168.4.2 to 192.168.0.4 (port 25). Can anyone tell me what needs to change in my config (see below)?

TIA

Charles

Since the config you posted has a static NAT for mail on the address that you posted:

ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.0.4 25 a.a.a.232 25 extendable

I wonder if the address translation is affecting your attempts. Obviously we do not know enough about your environment and your requirements to understand the implications of changing this statement, but removing it temporarily would be a good way to test to see if the behavior changes.

HTH

Rick
