Solved: cannot telnet SG-200-26P gigabit poe smart switch

hi everyone!

just bought sg200-26p switch and trying to configure it in the CLI environment but i cant telnet the switch, when i went through the switch using the browser i notice that there is no telnet available in the TCP/UDP settings. any idea how i can manage the switch using CLI. thanks

SG200 switches are only GUI configurable. The SG200E model only does support CLI.

Check Cisco 200 Series Switches Data Sheet

According to this document it support both trunking and up to 4 etherchannels simultaneously.

also i just upgraded it to the latest firmware, but still telnet not working.
