Cannot tftp to swith

miket
Level 5
Level 5

I have a 3560X 24p sw 15.0.1 se      I tried to load a new image and I cannot get to the TFTP server.

When I look at the IP routes it looks like this. All vlans are created on this switch I can get to all the vlan interfaces however I cannot get to an end device like 172.16.20.104.

It is a universal image which I will look at. Bottom line is I cannot change the image and that is how this all started.  All devices work okay

why do I have a 32 bit entry as well as a 24 bit entry for each vlan.

Firewall?

Thanks for quick reply but no firewall..

From your switch, can you ping the TFTP server?

What TFTP application are you using?

Yes I can ping  the TFTP server I have used 3com and solarwinds

What error message do you get then?

I am trying to gather all logs.. It just doesnt find the file and it is there. I must be missing something. Soon as I have all logs and traces I will repost.

Thanks for the help so far
