Cant ping OR telnet between switches and R2,R3

cant able to ping from R2 to S1 S2 S3 also from S1 S2 S3 to R2 ,R3 in packet tracer

rip enabled on all routers 

*success pinging between routers

The issue here is that all your switches have an ip in /24 whereas R2 has a /30 subnet.
You made an error on the subnet mask. Can you change the mask on R2 to 255.255.255.0 and test it again?

For R3, we'll need the config or share the packet-tracer file.
