I have a new N5K switch, and I want to downgrade the NXOS from 5.2(1)N1(1b) to 5.0.3.N2.1 , and go the following incompatibility information:
Note - this is a test switch without any configuration on it. Im downgrading it to test upgrade procedures for an upcoming project.
N5K-TEST1(config)# show incompatibility system bootflash:n5000-uk9.5.0.3.N2.1.bin
The following configurations on active are incompatible with the system image
1) Service : ipfib , Capability : CAP_FEATURE_HW_MCAST_LIMIT_TRIDENT_PLUS
Description : 'hardware profile multicast max-limit' is configured above 4k
Capability requirement : STRICT
Disable command : Please remove this CLI and try again
N5K-TEST1(config)# no hardware profile multicast max-limit

Has anyone seen this error before ? how do i downgrade this switch ?
