Cat 2950 Switch port down problem

Cat2950T-24 ___(link1)_____cat2950

cat2950T-24: 12.1(13)EA1

cat2950 : 12.1(22)EA8a

1) link1 down

2) I could find logs the following in the cat2950T-24

   SPANTREE-7-RECV-1Q-NON-TRUNK:

   SPANTREE-7-BLOCK-PORT-TYPE:

3) port, stp configurations are factory default

4) any change was none before then

5) That is repeated sometimes

What's the problem?, how can I fix it ?

Plz, help me

Can you post the configs for both switches?

Sorry, customer's policy don't allow it.

Almost configuration is factory default, and port/stp configuration is factory default.

Are both sides configured as an access ports or trunk port?

I didn't configure the ports "switch mode access" on both switches, so they operate in trunking (802.1q)

Cat2950  only support 802.1q
