Cat 4006 with SUP II and WS-4232-L3 High CPU

Hi,

I have a Cat4006 with SUP II and a layer 3 card WS-42342 (router switch card) and this card shows cpu at 97% but when i look to precesses i don't see processes that are consuming cpu.(see a atchment with show cpu proc)

Cat 4000- SUPII - CatOS 7.4.2

Ws-4232 Sw ver. IOS 12.0(25)W5(27)

Also I have HSRP configured between this cat 4006 (standby) and one cat 4507R(Active)

Any suggestions,please?
