I believe it is the WS-X45-SUP6 Engine that is causing this. Is there any other way in which we can conclude this finding besides doing a physical swap with the other Sup 6 Engine?
Had done further testing by removing all other line cards, changing of SUP slot position, formatting of bootflash, etc. but the problem persists – the switch auto reboots.
Any else troubleshooting steps/commands able to perform to get any clue?

Post the output to the command "sh version".
