2 servers connect to 1Gb port at Cat6k.We made backup from one server to another and maximum speed at port near 200Mbps(it seems near 30 MByte per sec but Read/Write speed for hard disk is near 100 MByte per second).

Where can be problem? Maybe i need to enable

system jumbomtu at switch?

There is not speed and duplex mismatch, no errors at ports.

Did you see the speed/duplex of the server?

Try to set the speed and duplex mode on both switch and servers, if you can..
