[Catalyst 2950] disable or drop IPv6 (cause of problems)

Hello

We have problems with Cisco Catalyst 2950 switch.

Computers with Windows Vista or Seven auto enable ipv6 support and use it by default.

The 2950 visibly don’t support ipv6 and the ipv6 traffic decreases the speed of the network.

Some (or all?) version of Vista seems to have a DHCP server for ipv6, so computers get ipv6 each other. We have a DHCP server with ipv4 and visibly the server can’t found ip for these computers.

Can we disable or drop IPv6 traffic?

I see: In the software documentation, IP refers to IP version 4 (IPv4). Layer 3 IP version 6 (IPv6) packets are treated as non-IP packets, in documentation here (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst2950/software/release/12.1_19_ea1/release/notes/OL463001.html). Can we disable or drop non-IP packets?

Thanks

David
