Catalyst 4000

I have a catalyst 4000 switch that I inherited. It has never been used,and I am required to configure it so that we can use it for VoIP. I cant even find the manuals that came with it, and I have to connect into it so i can configure it. Can anyone help me with the configuration steps, and the possible requirement for setting up VoIP?

Sylvester,

You need to determine the model, and the module types you have. In general, the 4000 series switches have limited QOS capability, and are a poor choice for voice.
