Catalyst 4503 with supervisor II WS-X4013+TS II PLUS

Hi everybody, I have 2 Catalysts 4503 with supervisor II WS-X4013+TS II PLUS which have 12 ports 10/100/1000 and 8 ports SFP, Iim not able to bring up that ports two 10/100/1000 are configured in trunk to 2 catalyst 2950 and two SFp are configured with port channel in trunk to the other 4503.

Have u given the interface command media-type sfp?
