Catalyst 4507R+E (Sup 7-E) with WS-X4748-SFP-E blade. Ports not working properly

firstly I have inserted a WS-X4748-SFP-E blade into Catalyst 4507R+E (Sup 7-E) runing Version 03.04.03.SG.(151-2.SG3) but the blade were unsupported, so that i upgraded to Version 03.05.03.E (152-1.E3) and the ROMMON to 15.0(1r)SG7.

Now the blade is allowed and shown as OK in "sh module".

When i plug the GBICs and connect them with fiber optic but traffic is not forwarded.

Additionally the SFPs are not listed in "sh int transceiver"

Is the SFP ports in up and up

Is the SFP ports in up and up mode when connected to a device?

yes they are. I can see the

yes they are. I can see the neighbor switch connected to that port via cdp or lldp.

I have reseted the module more than 2 times and for the moment it seems as it works. Very Strange!!!! However I don't know if i can reproduce it again.

The sh int tran you provided is for port 5/1 and 6/1 but you are having issue gi2/1?

so what is the output of sh int tra gi2/1?
