Description for the counter
0 rxTotalDrops = 699732
when issuing the show counter x/y command. Are these drops the result of spanning tree blocking the port or are they actual packets being dropped on the interface. What could be the cause?
Show mac and show port counter do not indicate any physical layer errors.
