Working with 2 Catalyst 6509 conected via a LACP with 4 ports 1G obtain a very imbalanced traffic distribution. The etherchannel is working with default configuration.
The traffic flow is from clients to servers and the clients begin the connection.

Yes you are on the right track just try the others until you find a good balance , it will never be totally equal across all links. Think about how traffic is flowing , is all the traffic going to a single destination tc... then you probably don't want to use destination ip as the criteria. The settings may not even be the same on each end the link .

Try one of the other methods . It really hit and miss as far as trying to get them "more" evenly balanced.

Hi Glen,
Thanks for your input.
Wich are the other methods?. We are thinking about modify the load-balancing keywords(src IP, src Mac....).
In every etherchannel 4G we are using only perhaps 1,5M and some times have overrun frames on the interfaces
Thanks again
Luis
