Hi all,

I have several Cisco 7609 with dual sup-32 installed, and from times to times when the switch suffer a power fail, the standby sup never come up, stays in rmon, the config/ios/bootvar are sync between the two sup-32. The only way to get the sup up and running is to manually perform a boot in rmon.

Does anyone has a similar problem ?

can you check if your register number set correctly on both MSFC and SP.

Yes, use a "remote command switch show ver" and check the config-register of the SP

For the standby then you need to do a failover (or wait) and then check it out
