CATOS 8.6 unable to define auto config file

I copied configuration from SUP1 and put it in SUP2 bootflash.

When I use command set boot auto-config bootflash:sup.cfg, it gives me following message.

Warning: file found but it is not a valid config file

Appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks!!

Pankaj,

Are you sure that you have your configuration stored on bootflash titled sup.cfg?

Re: CATOS 8.6 unable to define auto config file

It doesn't work even if I TFTP a file from another SUP to this SUP with no modification.

Thanks!
