set port broadcast is the command you are after:

It looks as if the command is not supported on the model I have which is below:

1000BaseX Supervisor WS-X4013

10/100/1000 Ethernet WS-X4448-GB-RJ45

So please can you let me know how I can configure broadcast suppression on CatOS.

If this is not possible, does this mean there is no broadast storming on Cat4503 running CatOS or it happens but cannot be suppressed?

The limitation you are facing is in the hardware, not necessarily the OS.
