Catos to Ios convertion in Catalyst6500 witch Sup2/Msfc2

Hello,

I`m converting 2 Cat6506 with Sup2/MSFC2 from CatOS to IOS. The Sup2/MSFC2 has only DRAM:128MB and ONBOARD FLASH:32MB. Please I need locate the way to upgrade the DRAM from 128MB to 256MB or better to 512MB.
