I recently discovered that the CE520 switch is an "unsupported device" to the Cisco Network Assistant (5.3). It is supported in the Cisco Configuration Assistant (1.7), which is fine unless you are using it in a typical network environment that you wish to manage/monitor with CNA. To make things worse, CCA will support the CE520 but not the other devices (CME,Routers,Switches, etc.)
That gives me a headache. I don't mind that CCA is necessary to configure the CE520 but I would like to be able to have some support in CNA. Does anyone know if there are any plans to resolve this in one tool or the other?
