Hi,

No, unfortunately you have to recertify your CCNA. You can do the CCNP test , but have to do the CCNA to get the CCNP certification.

Hi ,

you mean to say no need of taking CCNA certification again , i can straight away do the certification like CCNP and so on.

pleae clear me on this .

Hi,

Cisco will not stop you taking CCNP tests. You can take any test and pass all your CCNP modules. But Cisco will not issue you a CCNP certificate unless you meet the pre-requisite which is CCNA.

You will need to pass CCNA if you need CCNP certificate.

Hope this helps

regards

Shaheen
