CE500 - Connectivity Issues

I replaced several 3com switches with CE500. The custom is experiencing connectivity problems. Many clients are droping the conection with the servers and internet. The disconnection occurs very quickly, is perceptive only in application like sql server connections and file transfers.

All the wiring was certified with a pentascanner. When I put back a 3com switch the problem disappears.

I dont see any alarms in the switch.

Another problem is the diagnostic port in a CE500 after push the setup button, Im reciving an ip address (10.0.0.2) to my windows vista, but the browser is not comming up. there is no problem with winows xp.
