Hi,
WS-X6704-10G is Line Card with 4x 10GE port
WS-SUP720-3B is the Routing processor of the chassis (the brain if you want). It will handle all the control-plane and management plane.
On 6500/7600 platform, the SUP card also support physically the fabric who handles the data-plane.

In slot 1 you have a 4 10-Gigabit module but if you are wondering what does CEF720 stands for, well, this type of module is used with a sup720 and the CEF (Cisco Express Forwarding) capability is extended from the supervisor to the module itself since it normally has daughter cards (DFC3) that store and program the layer 2 and layer 3 tables on the module itself so it gives a faster performance for switching+routing.
It also means that it uses dual-backplane fabric connections for a total of 40Gb bandwidth.
In other words, you have a really good combination with the sup720 and that module
