Hi,

If SSO is configured correctly then try "sh redu"

This command will tell you the IOS on the active and stand-by sup

Reza,

I was troubleshooting an error. It says redundancy mismatches. When I used the command you recommanded, i could not find anything that showed mismtach. any idea?

Please look at the results from the attached file.

thanks,

Han

Han,

Your Sups are in SSO mode.  The primary is active and the stand-by is Hot.  You are also running the save version of IOS on both sups.  Everything looks good.  I am not sure why you had that error.

why don't you print the message you got? you are way too vague
