Cisco 2610XM IOS Corrupted

hi all, my 2610XM router IOS got a problem, so I am trying to reinstall the IOS,

the exact hardware is 2610XM and it supports xmodem,

I  have similar router installed with c2600-adventerprisek9-mz.124-19 (29   MB)

I  tried this and tried c2600-i-mz.123-26 (7 mb)

after installing the IOS, it show me download completed and then when the router try to reset its self, then this error comes.

the problem as I beleive is with decompressing the IOS ??

so what could be solve this ?

invalid compressed data--format violated

File could be corrupt.  You need to check the MD5 hash value of your file against the MD5 hash value found in the Cisco website.

actually this is my first time on this,

how can I verify MD5 ??

I have the image on a CD came when I purchased the router from ebay !
