Cisco 2811 increasing the number of connections

Hi there
On my network most of us times out with the internet connection and I contacted my ISP and he says that we have to increase the number of connections on our router cisco 2811.
1-  How and with command can I do that?
2- where did the isp saw in the ip inspect all command that we were exceeding connections?
