Hi,

     Can you verify flash is opening up properly and displaying IOS you wish to boot in it.  Please use below command in romon to verify.

rommon 1 >dev                    ### Lists the available disk ###

rommon 1 >dir flash:            ####verify your file is getting displayed and it is not in form of directory

Finally u can attempt manual boot attempt after u verify your file is present.

rommon 1 >boot flash:/c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M7.bin
