Cisco 3524 PWR XL - Port Security

Does anyone know if Cisco 3524 switch support port-security? There's no port-security option under the current IOS (3500XL-c3h2-mz-120.5.2-XU.bin).

cv_sw(config-if)#switchport ?

access Set access mode characteristics of the interface

mode Set trunking mode of the interface

multi Set characteristics when in multi-VLAN mode

priority Set 802.1p priorities

trunk Set trunking characteristics of the interface

voice Voice appliance attributes

cv_sw(config-if)#switchport

I am unable to find a compatible matrix that would tell me if it does support port-security. If anyone can point me to the right direction, your input is greatly appreciated.

You are using the wrong command. Go into the interface configuration mode and try the command below:

(config-if)#port ?

There will be a lot of options.
