cisco 3550 switch Hardware troubleshooting tranining

In our our company we have many cisco products among that the 3550 switches have problem on power supply failure,ILP controller error and address bus test filled error and also they are out of warranty so we need to have vender specific training to solve this problem so anyone can inform me where i get the training or any solution is welcome

This is Shiva here may i know how can we upload ios in to 3750 switch? where totaly falsh of switch erased.

If its out of warranty then the only thing you can do is replace the switch. Also if this is a common thing then all devices should be on a surge protector .
