Switch-3560G-1#sh int | I Last|Gig
GigabitEthernet0/7 is down, line protocol is down (notconnect) Hardware is Gigabit Ethernet, address is 0014.a98f.ba87 (bia 0014.a98f.ba87) Last input never, output 21:56:52, output hang never Last clearing of "show interface" counters never
The interface, notconnnect status, has a last output value is that is incrementing.
