Cisco 3640 Router IOS Recovery

Hello all,

I upgraded a 3640 router IOS, but when I rebooted the router, it could not load the IOS and goes to Rom Monitor command. I already saved the old IOS on the TFTP server. Is there some one who knows how to restore the old IOS from the TFTP server to the flash?Thanks.

I dont know which rommon version you have.3600's dont support " TFTPDNLD " command to boot the router from TFTP when you are in rommon. Check if you have that command in your rommon version:

The only option that you are left with is Xmodem file to the router.
