CISCO 3750 failures

Over the past 2 months we have had two CISCO 3750 switches fail. My question is, are we using the right switch? or should we be looking at doubling up on switches for redundency or is there a better switch that would be more reliable? I believe these switches are 48 port and are remotely managed.

We have not seen a problem so far with them , we have maybe half a dozen all less than 2 years old . There is apparently a problem with a few of them though , not sure if your falls into this category.
