Cisco 3750 Stack issue

This sounds wired since i installed 28 other switches and this is the first switch it happend on.

Allso this might be the problem that cause some port in the switch to work slowly?

I actually can see that the packet per second decrese by 90% when i switch to some ports and when i change back to my port it go back up..
