On a new Cisco 3750 stack implementation, all went well except a number of older Wyse Winterm thin clients. They do not get a link light, or any connection to the stack at all. I have switched out multiple cables and cable types as well as setting interface configurations for the devices (10mb/half duplex, etc) but have not been able to get the devices to come online.
I really don't know where to go from here.

Try setting the port speed and duplex as auto and then enable auto mdix on the port itself on the 3750 and see if you get a link light.

Sorry for the delayed response. It appears that on the 3750's the problem somehow fixed itself. However, I am now having the exact same issue on a Cisco 3560 switch with the same endpoint device type. I've already parsed the configs and found zero differences pertaining to the interfaces. An example of how basic the config is:
int f0/3
desc ##Nonworking WYSE##
sw acc vlan 3
