Cisco 3750G Post Failure: Anyone know if this looks like HW or SW issue?

Thanks in advance for any advice or input.  I recently acquired a Cisco 3750G-48PS-S switch for a CCNA lab I am putting together.  In console, when the switch boots I get the following failure/error.  Wondering if anyone has seen this before and if it points to a hardware or software issue?

Post failures generally point to hardware failure

if you have a support contract for the switch, try RMAing it
