Cisco 3845 router- Controller Card- channelised E1-NM-2CE1T1-PRI

Sir,

We are having channelised E1 interface for 3845 Cisco router which is giving trouble with frequent breaks on pinging to its 64 KBPS channels. Actually we are having OFC connectivity to nearest leased line provider. initially we suspected the problem with the provider. the other side router is 1800 router. Is the probable problem with Channelised E1 contol card or Problem in the MUX Card of leased line provider or the other end router. I am herewith attaching the ping results of the circuit.

Router and muxes are less likely to cause problems.

More likely it's a faulty circuit. This can be the case even if telco says nothing is wrong with it.

To properly check a circuit, have a 24h bert test conducted under your own observation.
