Hi,
I wonder if someone has done this before and can help me with this solution.
I am deploying a 3945 connecting via gigabit to a Nexus 2k and want to connect both Gi0/0 and Gi0/1 to the Nexus 2k for active/standby.
Is this possible? Will I be able to assign the same IP to both interfaces or do I go IP Unumbered witj a loopback interface for interfacing with the CUCM 9?

If you really want to connect both Gig interfaces to the Nexus 2K (assuming that both N2K interfaces are in the same vlan) then I do not believe that IP unnumbered will work. I would suggest that you look into using Integrated Routing and Bridging. You would configure bridging on the 3945, put both Gig interfaces into the same bridge group, and configure a BVI for the bridge group and the IP address goes on the BVI.

Is there more to your setup then is indicated in your diagram? You cannot just connect a FEX to a router you need the FEX to be connected back to a nexus mother switch.
