Everyone,
I have a cisco 4006 access switch with approximately 10 users in an office with static IP's that are on a VLAN that is shared with other people. Some of the other users are not in the same the office and do not expierence this. However, every 10 minutes the users in the office expierence drops in their connections. I too expierenced this and could ping to the gateway with no loses even during the drop, but would drop pings going to outside addresses. I can see no issues in the logs and it's not a duplicate IP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Issue might not be 4506 at all.
I assume you are using a FW taking care of natting, if so check the max number of users Vs actual users.
Where is the GTW, on 4506 or FW ?
Is patching same for both offices ?

It sounds like your 4006 maybe loosing connectivity to whatever Upstream device is providing the gateway to your 4006. Have you checked the upstream device?
