Cisco 4500 Standby Sup In Disable Mode

Hi,

I have a Cisco 4500 as my core switch and there are two sup eng in this core. However, I noticed that the redundant sup is in diable mode rather than Hot Standby.

I have tired to enable the module but I am not able to do that. Please assist to advice on what I can/should do.

The sup of my core is:

WS-X45-SUP6L-E

Console into the "standby" module and reboot.  Post the entire bootup process.

Make sure both the primary and secondary supervisor card has THE SAME IOS version.
