Unless you want to do something like Integrated Routing and Bridging with interface BVI there is not any way that you can have 2 connections from a single router to 2 switches in the same VLAN.

Do you plan to have the connection between the 4506 be a routed interface or do you plan to have it be a trunk? If you are planning to use it as a routed interface then you should be able to do the inter-vlan routing on the 4506 and treat the connection from one switch to the router as 1 subnet and on the other swtich treat its connection to the router as a different subnet. That would be a way to get around the problem.
