Cisco 4948-10G Console port maybe faulty

           Hi all,

I Have upgraded my Cisco 4948-10G Switch from "cat4500-ipbase-mz.122-53.SG2.bin" to "cat4500-ipbasek9-mz.150-2.SG8", and forced the system to boot using the new version "#boot config bootflash:cat4500-ipbasek9-mz.150-2.SG8", but the operation did not succeed and the switch crashed, and lost its configuration.

The switch start up now and I can see it in CDP neighborhood, but I can't access it from its console port, and there's no display on My Console client (I Hyper terminal, Putty, CRT, with several speeds from 1200 to 115200).

There's no display, and I cannot find a way to configure the switch.

Thanks

Kader

If you still have the old code on the switch I would try to reload that, they have had a lot of issues with 15.x code.

Yes, following cdp the switch is running its old image, but the config was lost.

No I have a problem to console it, to configure it again
