Cisco 5505 console

Hi

I have Cisco Catalyst 5505 Chasis. In first slot I connected ws-x5540 Sup Engine. But when I am starting switch, I am getting only below information.

ATE0

ATS0=1

ROM Power Up Diagnostics of Apr 20 1999

Init NVRAM Log

LED Test ................... done

ROM Checksum ............... passed

Dual Port RAM r/w Test ..... passed

ID PROM .................... passed

System DRAM Size(mb) ....... 32

DRAM Data Bus Test ......... passed

DRAM Address Test .......... passed

DRAM Byte/Word Access Test .. passed

uncompressing nmp image

This will take a minute...

NMP image is successfully uncompressed in DRAM

I am not getting user mode after this.

LED status of system status,fan,power supply,active showing green.

Can u tell me why I am not getting user mode?????

thanks for your reply.

But my problem solved by only cleaning & installing DRAM & Flash properly on sup engine.
