Cisco 6500 Sup32 having problem when upgrading Catos to 8.7(2) version

hi,

cisco 6506-e series switch having problem when upgrading to 8.7(2) version.  Soon after upgrade we get one of line card showing faulty. But it's confirmed  that chassis and sup32 not having any problem by replacing it.

When revert to old CatOS 8.4 the modules status detected OK. Faulty status  gone.

Please suggest.

Is there anything different about that module ie. different firmware etc. Can you post full output of "sh module"
