Cisco 6513 non E - replacing WS-CAC-3000W to WS-CAC-6000W

Hello, 

We have 2x 6513 non E working in VSS mode. 

Every 6513 have 2x WS-CAC-3000W power supply working in active redundancy mode.  (total 4x WS-CAC-3000W)

Can we change WS-CAC-3000W to WS-CAC-6000W without downtime ? 

Can WS-CAC-3000W will work together with WS-CAC-6000W ?
