Hello,
I have a Cisco 877 that when ever it is switched on it will default to rommon mode, if I type reset it will boot up the IOS and startup/running config.
Show version displays the congiguration register as 0x2102
The ISO is c870-advsecurityk9-mz.124-15.T7.bin
Thanks

Perhaps a "show diag" will reveal some issues.
Instead of reset, try i and record what happens - this may/may not reveal more details.
Other than that - Perhaps a TAC case.

Hi Andy,
What is your flash and DRAM memory size of your appliance?
We had an experience where the IOS of the 877 would randomly gets corrupted. After a few headslapping events, it was boiled down to not reading the instructions. Our 877 has 24mb of flash but in the download page (which everyone, including me, took for granted), the flash required was 28 mb.
Hope this helps.

I'd recommend you upgrade to 12.4.15T9. Your current version has a long list of bugs that looks like a chinese takeaway menu.
