Hi ,
I have two out door Cisco C1310 bridges.I'm having issues with data rates speed mismatch. one Bridges is running 36 Mbps and other is running 24 Mbps. Speed configuration is the same in all bridges.
please help.

Bridge association data rate is depend on RSSI/SNR. If you take below output in each Root Bridge, it will show the RSSI/SNR of the NRB (Non-Root Bridge). If these values are different, that is the reason for different data rates.
show dot11 association
As per the 1310 datasheet below, you should have at least -77dBm to have 36Mbps where as -81dBm to have 24Mbps link.

Thanks Rasika, I saw that RSSI/SNR is jumping between -73 and -76.
