Cisco Catalyst 2948G-GE-TX Switch

I have a switch with no OS it originally had CatOS, but somebody was trying to put IOS on this switch and erased the image. There is nothing in nvram, no bin file, nothing. it does get to rommon prompt. Is it possible to download a catos image and place it on the switch from rommon? Do I have any options?

Follow the recovery procedures . It will allow you recover the switch from rommon.

Make sure you use the same subnet for the me1 interface as the tftp address.
